Bathurst Grange Distillery
Award Winning Whisky & Gin

Local

Our distillery is located in Bathurst, New South Wales (NSW). The Jones family has lived in the Bathurst district since the mid-1900s and at The Grange since the early 1970s.

Sustainability

The Grange wastes nothing. Our barley feeds the sheep, sunshine charges the boiler, steam heats the still and
is recaptured to clean
the tanks.

Drinkability

Bathurst Grange Distillery makes flavour you can only find here, because of our unique weather and ingredients sourced fresh from local farmers.

Collaboration

We invite you to experience The Grange, and the local community around us, because high quality
spirits taste better
amongst friends.

Gin Range

AUSTRALIAN DRY

A classic base of juniper and coriander blended with a unique combination of Australian native botanicals. An authentic spirit
of Australia.

ROSE GARDEN

Rose petals are hand-picked from the rose garden at The Grange, steeped and distilled, infusing our classic juniper gin base with their sweet, fragrant flavour.

BLUE MOUNTAIN

Blue Mountain Gin is inspired by
the view of the mountains through our distillery window. This gin is a fusion of botanicals that stimulate sight, smell, and taste. With its surprising colour, this gin looks
good and tastes great.
