Our Gin base stays true to the traditional flavours of juniper and coriander. It is triple distilled to ensure the finest, purest spirit, before infusing botanicals to create the unique flavours of our Bathurst Grange Gin range.

Blue Mountain Gin is inspired by the view of the mountains through our distillery window. This gin is a fusion of botanicals that stimulate sight, smell, and taste. With its surpising colour, this gin looks good and tastes great.
ROSE GARDEN
Rose petals are hand-picked from the rose garden at The Grange, steeped and distilled, infusing our classic juniper gin base with their sweet, fragrant flavour.
