It's been a long road to opening our Cellar Door, but we're getting there! This week we started construction on the O'Connell Road, widening the section at our entrance to allow for a slip lane so that our distillery can be accessed safely. The farm is full of trucks, diggers, machinery and towering piles of gravel. Hopefully it will be completed soon!
We can't wait to welcome you to our Cellar Door later this year so you can discover our small-batch, local, family-run, craft distillery in country NSW. We'll offer distillery tours and tastings so you can learn about our distilling process for gin and whisky, and have a gin cocktail in our rustic bar. Conveniently en route if you're passing through Bathurst on the way to Orange or Oberon.
